- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★First time here, but really like it! Staying in a winter cabin. The cabin is clean and has both electric and wood heat and every appliance you might want except a dishwasher. Full bathroom too. This time of year only the winter cabins are open, but we explored the whole resort after talking to one of the owners and were very impressed. Service has been just great, they even let us check in the day after arrival. The location on the lake seems pretty good, though I am only an amateur fisher tagging along. Have had some good action on the lake! Will likely be back again. If I had to criticise, the limited number of dishes in the cabin and the pricing structure would be my complaints. Having more than two people in a "5-6" (quote from the website) person cabin adds $15/night/person and things like more than one boat or having dogs on-site also costs more per night. Just one more thing I wanted to mention for people doing things other than fishing: there's a binder in the cabin (and probably literature in the office) listing all kinds of activities available both on and off the resort. They have rentals for all kinds of watersports, an off-leash area, volleyball net and more on site and they have things like horseback riding and some others I don't recall available off site. All together it seems to be a great place!By Ryan Eaton, March 22, 2017

- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★Absolutely spectacular, beautiful lake setting. Warm, clean, quiet cabins with lake views. We've been there in the summer and winter and both were great. In winter there is a large area cleared to skate and play hockey, they have pucks, goals, and sticks to use. And we ice fished by walking a bit from the cabin. They have an auger for you to use too. We'll be back again and again!!!By Elisa Becker, September 20, 2016
